Band wins awards

Will Long, of Front Royal, a junior at Randolph-Macon Academy, leads the school's band and parade unit past the reviewing stand at the Apple Blossom Grand Feature Parade. The band and parade unit marched in the Firefighters and Grand Feature parades during the Apple Blossom Festival in Winchester. The school took first place in the category of Military School Band and third place overall (director’s award) in the Firefighters' Parade on May 1.
