Tiffany Riggs, of Fort Valley, has been named one of nine students in Virginia to receive the Valley Proteins Fellows Program Scholarship. Riggs is a student at Lord Fairfax Community College studying toward an associate degree in business administration. The scholarship awards up to $5,000 for tuition, books, fees and expenses.
