The following is the Shenandoah County school lunch menu for Oct. 19-23:

Monday
Breakfast: juice, pineapple, egg skillet frittata & toast or cereal & toast, milk.
Lunch K-5: pork BBQ on bun, potato wedges, baked beans, raisins or apple, milk.
Lunch 6-8: pork BBQ on bun or Steak-um on bun, potato wedges, baked beans, raisins, apple, milk.
Lunch 9-12: pork BBQ on bun or Steak-um on bun, potato wedges, baked beans, raisins, apple, milk.
Salad bar 6-12: vegetarian salad, raisins, apple, roll, milk.

Tuesday
Breakfast: juice, applesauce, pancakes or graham crackers & yogurt, milk.
Lunch K-5: meatball sub, corn, veggie dippers, peach cup or juice, milk.
Lunch 6-8: meatball sub or hot dog, corn, veggie dippers, peach cup, juice, milk.
Lunch 9-12: meatball sub or hot dog, corn, veggie dippers, peach cup, juice, milk.
Salad bar 6-12: chef salad w/turkey and cheese, peach cup, juice, roll, milk.

Wednesday
Breakfast: juice, peaches, sausage & egg on English muffin or cereal & toast, milk.
Lunch K-5: fajita chicken, brown rice, California blend vegetables, sweet potato puffs, apple or banana, milk.
Lunch 6-8: fajita chicken w/brown rice or hamburger, California blend vegetables, sweet potato puffs, apple, banana, milk.
Lunch 9-12: fajita chicken w/brown rice or hamburger, California blend vegetables, sweet potato puffs, apple, banana, milk.
Salad bar 6-12: chef salad w/fajita chicken & cheese, apple, banana, roll, milk.

Thursday
Breakfast: juice, apple, banana muffin & cheese stick or cereal bar & yogurt, milk.
Lunch K-5: taco salad, Mandarin oranges or grapes, cinnamon roll, milk.
Lunch 6-8: taco salad or grilled cheese w/tossed salad, broccoli, Mandarin oranges, grapes, cinnamon roll, milk.
Lunch 9-12: taco salad or grilled cheese w/tossed salad, broccoli, Mandarin oranges, grapes, cinnamon roll, milk.
Salad bar 6-12: taco salad, Mandarin oranges, grapes, roll, milk.

Friday
Breakfast: juice, raisins, breakfast pizza or cereal & toast, milk.
Lunch K-5: turkey & cheese sub, mashed potatoes, green beans, strawberries or mixed fruit, milk.
Lunch 6-8: turkey & cheese sub or pepperoni pizza, mashed potatoes, green beans, strawberries, mixed fruit, milk.
Lunch 9-12: turkey & cheese sub or pepperoni pizza, mashed potatoes, green beans, strawberries, mixed fruit, milk.
Salad bar 6-12: cobb salad, strawberries, mixed fruit, roll, milk.
