Benefit concert
Foreign language students, faculty and parents of Daniel Morgan Middle School will hold a gala benefit concert at 7 p.m. today.
The students are raising funds for a 10-day educational tour of Europe visiting England, France, Switzerland, Germany and Czechoslavakia.

Performing will be baritone Gustavo Glatzel, flutists Charlene Romano and Laura Filppu, clarinetist John Romano, pianist Peter Uhlir and several Daniel Morgan Middle and John Handley High School students. Light fare influenced by these countries will be served.

Library program
Bowman Library in Stephens City will host “A Night at the Library” from 8 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday for middle- and high-school students.

Activities include games, food, hanging out with friends and viewing “The Night at the Museum” trilogy. Registration is required by calling Donna at 540-869-9000, ext. 215.

Holiday bazaar
A holiday bazaar will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the South Warren Volunteer Fire Department.

There will be 30 tables of local crafts, a silent auction, raffle for a $250 gift certificate to 2 Fat Butchers and bake sale. Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase.

Craft show
The Front Royal Church of the Brethren will hold a craft show/ indoor flea market to benefit Relay for Life from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at 106 W. 13th St.

Fall bazaar
Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Broadway will hold a fall bazaar from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at 11923 N. Valley Pike, Tenth Legion. Featured will be crafts, a silent auction, bake sale and quilt raffle with drawing at 1 p.m.

The Lebanon Church 4-H Club and Cloverbuds will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the community center. Information: 459-6140.

Colin Miller, transition coordinator, and Dena Lee, supervisor of special services for Warren County Public Schools, will be the speakers at the meeting of the Warren County Special Education Advisory Committee on Monday at the School Board Annex.
