The Warren-Page branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will celebrate “Blessings of Our Mothers over 90” from 3 to 7 p.m. Sarturday at the First Baptist Church in Front Royal.
The banquet will celebrate each of the honored women and their families. Tickets, which are $35, may be purchased from A.D. Carter at 703-855-5382.
The Ritenour/Ridenour reunion will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at Fairview United Methodist Church on Double Church Road, Stephens City.
Those attending are asked to bring a covered-dish lunch to share. Eating utensils and paper products will be provided. Information: 540-869-3266.
The Adult Care Center will host its annual Lunch ‘n Bid fundraiser at 11:30 a.m. Sunday at George Washington Hotel, Winchester.
Featured will be a silent and live auction from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and barbecue lunch at 12:15 p.m.
Animal baby shower
The Blue Ridge Wildlife Center will host an animal baby shower from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at Long Branch Plantation in Millwood.

The Showman family will hold a reunion at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Hudson Crossroads Community Center. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.
The family of Luther Stultz will hold a reunion at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Luke’s Lutheran Parish House, west of Woodstock. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish to share.
Taylor N. Fletcher, of Linden, graduated on May 21 from McDaniel College with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and physical education.
