Seniors’ seminar
The Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce, along with a committee of senior providers, will host a Seniors Choices seminar from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday at the Woodstock Moose Lodge.

School appointments
The Shenandoah County School Board has announced the following appointments:
• Strasburg High School: Dawn Miller, food service worker.
• Signal Knob Middle School: Heather Fellers, lead mentor/coach.
• Sandy Hook Elementary School: Kristi Coons, fourth-grade teacher; Chanda Foltz, food service worker; Celeste Crowder, long-term substitute teacher, English language learner.
• Central High School: Dawn Baker, part-time paraprofessional and job coach; Brandi King, paraprofessional special education.
• Peter Muhlenberg Middle School: Brandon Lamma, paraprofessional 1:1; Kristine Hoover, lead mentor/coach.
• W.W. Robinson Elementary School: Devin Ross, food service worker; Shelly Long, long-term substitute teacher, fifth-grade.
• North Fork Middle School: Tara Brinkley, lead mentor/coach.
