Dinner
The men and women of Mt. Jackson United Methodist Church will host an all-you- can-eat spaghetti dinner starting at 4 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children.

Crafts
Clarke County Parks and Recreation will host a fall and holiday craft show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at 225 Al Smith Circle, Berryville. Information: 540-955-5140.

Meeting

Lego club

Art club
Bowman Library in Stephens City will hold the following Art Club meetings on Monday and Nov. 21:
• Coloring club for tweens and teens: 5:30 p.m., color enchanting designs that feature hidden objects and fun mazes. Coloring books provided or bring your own.
• Manga Art for tweens and teens: 5:30 p.m., bring your sketch book and get tips from other artists.

Water testing
The Virginia Cooperative Extension Service will hold kick-off meetings for drinking water testing clinics at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the following locations:
• Grace Episcopal Parish Hall, 110 N. Church St., Berryville.
• MidAtlantic Farm Credit, 125 Prosperity Drive, Winchester.
Those attending will receive a sample kit, which costs $40 for the analysis. Samples will be collected at each site from 7 to 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Service
Trinity United Church of Christ will hold an election eve service on Monday at 318 Alum Springs Road, Basye. A social time with light refreshments will be held from 6 to 6:45 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Program
Handley Regional Library in Winchester will serve as a “Come Write In” location from 4 to 8 p.m. on Mondays during November for National Novel Writing Month. Recital

Gala
Nov. 9 is the deadline to purchase tickets for the Shenandoah Community Health Clinic’s annual Holiday Sparkle Gala fundraiser at 7 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Yellow Barn at Shenandoah Caverns.

Tickets, which are $100 per person, include food, beverages, live music and dancing. There will also be a raffle for a trip to Ireland. Information, tickets: 459-1700 or www.shenclinic.org.

Program
Front Royal attorneys Bridget Grady Madden and Stephen Jerome will provide information on wills, power of attorney and advance medical directives as part of an education series at 1 p.m. Nov. 15 at Samuels Public Library in Front Royal.

Smart Driver
AARP will hold a Smart Driver safety program from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 18 at Our Health, 329 N. Cameron St., Winchester for those 50 and over.

This will be the last class until March. The cost is $20 to cover the cost of materials with a $5 discount for AARP members. Those who complete the class will receive a certificate, which may reduce auto insurance costs.

Bazaar
Columbia Furnace Church of the Brethren in Woodstock is seeking crafters and vendors for its Willing Hearts & Hands craft bazaar from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 3.

Spay Today
