St. James Lutheran Church at Hudson Cross Roads will hold an all-you-can-eat Shrove Tuesday pancake sausage gravy supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. A free-will offering will benefit the medical funds of Katie Tusing and Jeremy Cook.

Lebanon Lutheran Church will hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper at 4:30 p.m.  Tuesday at the church’s community center at 43 Post Office Road, Lebanon Church. A free-will offering will benefit Family Promise of Shenandoah County.

Grace United Methodist Church in Middletown will hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Free-will offering.

Mt. Olive United Methodist Church in Toms Brook will hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. A free-will offering will benefit Compassion Cupboard.

Dinner
The Front Royal United Methodist Women will hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake dinner at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

The cost is $3 for ages 3 to 6, $2 for children under 3 and $7 for youth and adults with a maximum of $20 per family (living in the same household). Seats can be reserved by calling 540-635-3529.

Concerts
The Shenandoah Conservatory has announced the following concerts will be held in Armstrong Concert Hall, Winchester:
• Tuesday: 7 p.m., Little Big Band will perform Mardi Gras music. Tickets: $12.
• Wednesday: 8 p.m., Shenandoah Conservatory Choir directed by choral artist-in-residence Scott Allen. Tickets: $12.
• Thursday: 7 p.m., Shenandoah Conservatory Concert Band performs works from the Wind Ensemble repertoire. Free.

Simon play
The Walnut Street Theatre, America’s oldest theatre based in Philadelphia, will present Neil Simon’s “Last of the Red Hot Lovers” at 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday at James Madison University in the Forbes Center for the Performing Arts in Harrisonburg.
