Lutheran
St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jerome will hold a Service of the Word Worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. A baked potato luncheon will follow to benefit the church’s Relay for Life Team.

Service
The Church of the Rock in Front Royal will celebrate Black History Month with the program “We Worship in Song and Dance” at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Warren County Community Center.

The service will be led by Devin Stephenson from John Wesley Community Christian Church in Clearbrook.

Music and dance will be provided by God’s Little Angels from Grace Christian Ministries in Stephens City and the Greater Joy Youth Choir from Greater Joy Baptist Church in Front Royal.

Baptist
The Music on the Corner Concert Series will present “Fiddle and the Faith: Music of Southern Appalachia” at 4 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Winchester.

The concert will feature Mike Maher and members of Shenandoah University’s American Traditional Ensemble.

A reception will follow. The program is free but donations will be accepted. Childcare provided.

Concert
Church of Christ at Mountain View in Winchester will host “In Celebration of Life,” a classical piano concert featuring pianist Natalie Doughty at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Admission is free but a free-will offering will be accepted to benefit AbbaCare Crisis Pregnancy Center in Winchester. Information: 540-869-2244 or ccmv4thebible@gmail.com.

Lutheran
Appreciation Sunday, a service of thanks recognizing neighbors, will be held at 9 a.m. Sunday at Gravel Springs Lutheran Church and 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Gravel Springs is located at 1870 S. Pifer Road, Star Tannery. St. John’s is located at 3623 Back Mountain Road, Winchester.
