Story time
Tiny Tales, a story-time program for ages 2-5, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Glen Burnie House at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, 901 Amherst St., Winchester.

Genealogy
Handley Library in Winchester will be giving tips on researching Revolutionary War ancestors from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Information: 540-662-9041, ext. 22.

Trout
Winchester Trout Unlimited will hold a “bar fly” event at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Escutcheon Brewing, 142 W. Commercial St., Winchester.

No fly-tying or fly-fishing experience necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring their fly-tying vise and any food they wish to eat or share (no drinks). Information: Bill at 540-722-2620.

Poetry
Handley Library will host a Salute to Poetry Month at 7 p.m. Wednesday featuring area poets Rich Follett, Alicia Lewis and Connie Stadler reading from their recent works. Laura Robb will moderate a discussion between the authors. Information: www.handleyregional.net.

Concert
The Cantus Singers and Shenandoah Chorus will perform at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Armstrong Concert Hall at Shenandoah University in Winchester. Tickets are $12. Information: 540-665-4569 or boxoffice@su.edu.

Rotary
The Rotary Club of New Market will hold a luncheon meeting at noon Wednesday at the Shenvalee Golf Resort in Miller Grille. The guest speaker will be Mary Younce, District Ranger for the U.S. Forest Service. Information: www.newmarketrotaryclub.net.

Ham radio

Brethren
Round Hill Church of the Brethren in Toms Brook will celebrate Easter by holding a Maundy Thursday Love Feast at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Methodist
Mount Jackson United Methodist Church will hold the following services during Holy Week:
• A Maundy Thursday service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Quicksburg United Methodist Church.
• A Good Friday service will be held at 7 p.m. at the Mount Jackson church.

Wizards
The Youth Development Center will host the Harlem Wizards at 7 p.m. Thursday at Handley High School. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students/children in advance or $15 and $12 at the door. Library
Shenandoah County Library in Edinburg will hold a Books and Babies story time for babies up to 24 months at 10:30 a.m. each Thursday.
