DAR commemorates WWI centennial

Woodstock Mayor Jeremy McCleary signs a proclamation marking the 100th anniversary of United States' involvement in World War I against Germany. The proclamation recognizes the more than 4 million citizens who served, the 200,000 who were wounded and the 110,000 who died, including 21 from Shenandoah County.
