Reynolds-Robinson Mr. and Mrs. James West of Martinsburg, W.Va., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Reynolds, to William Lynn Robinson II, son of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Robinson of Front Royal. Miss Reynolds is a 2010 graduate of Shenandoah University with a master's degree in occupational therapy.
