Area students make dean’s list at Bridgewater College
Bridgewater College has announced that the following area students have been added to the dean’s list for the fall semester:
Katelyn Athey, a sophomore majoring in family and consumer sciences, and Amy Williams, a senior majoring in liberal studies, both of Front Royal.
Hannah Richman, a freshman majoring in liberal studies, and Kelsey L. Wakeman, a junior majoring in communication studies, both of Edinburg.
Katie Bowman, a freshman from Winchester, and Joshua C. Fleming, a senior majoring in history and political science, from New Market.
Chris Black, a junior majoring in health and exercise science, Caitlyn Mauck, a senior majoring in liberal studies, Brea Hinegardner, a senior majoring in business administration, and Kevin Selby, a freshman majoring in music, all of Woodstock.
Students on the dean’s list have attained a 3.4 or better grade point average of a possible 4.0. Any student who earned all A’s for a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the 15-week semester is identified with an asterisk by his/her name.
Bridgewater College is a private, four-year liberal arts college located in the Central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Founded in 1880, it was the state’s first private, coeducational college. Today, Bridgewater College is home to approximately 1,850 undergraduate students.
