Jaclyn Marie Roller and Ken Phil-Patrick Ryan were married July 26 at War Memorial Chapel on the campus of Virginia Tech.

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Carolyn Roller of Fishers Hill. She is the granddaughter of John and Martha Rennie of Strasburg and the late Boyd and Anna Roller.

The groom is the son of Jimmy and Karen Ryan of Mount Jackson. He is the grandson of Patricia Fansler of Mount Jackson and the late Phyllis and Ray Ryan and Ben Fansler.

Pastor Katie Gosswein performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. The bride’s mother was matron of honor. The groom’s father was best man.

Flower girls were Madilyn Ryan and Kaylen Ryan, nieces of the groom, Miranda Rennie and Claire Simmons, cousins of the bride, and Cami Greco, friend of the bride. Ringbearers were Evan Rennie, Eli Little and Cooper Little, cousins of the bride, Lane Ryan, nephew of the groom, and Chase Greco, friend of the bride. Ushers were Satchel Roller, Will Roller and Ryan Roller, nephews of the bride. Scripture readings were read by Matt Lohr.

A reception followed at Smithfield Plantation in Blacksburg.

The bride, a graduate of Strasburg High School and Virginia Tech, is the agriculture teacher and FFA adviser at Signal Knob Middle School in Strasburg. The groom, a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School and Virginia Tech, is employed by Mid-Atlantic Farm Credit.

The couple honeymooned in Italy and will live in Strasburg.
