Dirting-Dodd Mr. and Mrs. Michael Dirting of Edinburg have announced the engagement of their daughter, Pamela, to Gabriel Dodd, son of Paul and Phyllis Dodd of Greensboro, Md. Miss Dirting earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bridgewater College in 2009. She is a behavioral specialist at Ashby-Lee Elementary School. Mr. Dodd received a bachelor's degree in recording industry management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010. A summer wedding is planned. Racey-Ritenour Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Racey of Toms Brook have announced the engagement of their daughter, Shauna Lynn, to Jonathan Forrest Ritenour, son of Barry and Sherry Ritenour of Strasburg. Miss Racey, a 2009 graduate of Strasburg High School, is a student at Lord Fairfax Community College. She is employed by R. Keith Richards in Woodstock. Oliver-Harmon Stephanie Michelle Oliver and Christopher Gregory Harmon were married Dec. 31 at the Strasburg Presbyterian Church. The bride is the daughter of Laurie Oliver of Strasburg. The groom is the son of Christina Thomas and Alan Harmon of Cape Coral, Fla. The Rev. David Howard performed the double-ring ceremony. Cora Gnegy was soloist. Given in marriage by her grandfather, Lyle Miller, the bride wore a formal strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, crystal embroidery in a floral pattern on the bodice and chapel-length train and a chapel-length veil with floral embroidery. She carried a bouquet of red roses, red gerbera daisies, seeded eucalyptus and red hypericum berries. The matron of honor was Sarah Duncan of Fort Valley. She wore a red formal-length satin and chiffon gown and carried a bouquet of white gerbera daisies with red berries and eucalyptus. The maid of honor was Ashley Hutson of Cross Junction. Bridesmaids were Allison Sowers of Toms Brook and Lynne Miller of Strasburg, aunt of the bride. Their attire and flowers were identical to the honor attendant's.
