2012_08_24_WCHS_ReunionBW.jpg Class of 1972 The Class of 1972 of Warren County High School held a 40th class reunion in Front Royal at the American Legion on July 21. There were 75 attendees, 49 of whom were classmates. The evening before, attendees had a casual get-together at a local restaurant. On Saturday afternoon many classmates enjoyed the opportunity to reminisce during a tour of the old high school. Winchester Festival little maids Five girls have been named little maids in the court of the queen of the 85th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, April 27-May 6. Leah A. Bohnenkamp, the daughter of Kristi and Gary Bohnenkamp of Stephenson and granddaughter of Mary Ann Bohnenkamp of Norwalk, Calif., is a second-grader at Winchester Academy. She is a member of the Tiger Den Martial Arts and Girl Scouts. Emmagrace Bursey, the daughter of Elece and Bryan Bursey of Winchester and granddaughter of Dianna and James Mulledy of Romney, W.Va., Vickie and Robert Eckman of Winchester and Jody and James Bursey of Bunker Hill, W.Va., is a second-grader at Lighthouse Baptist Academy. She attends the Winchester Church of God, sings in the children's choir and plays basketball with Upward Bound. Shayla Fitzsimmons-Call, the daughter of Tracy Fitzsimmons and Chuck Call of Reliance and granddaughter of Carolyn and Donald Fitzsimmons of Manakin-Sabot and JoAnn and David Call of Dallas, is a second-grader at Powhatan School. She participates in ballet and piano at the Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy, plays soccer with the Blue Ridge Soccer Association and tennis at the Winchester Country Club.
