Joe Zmitrovich has been named Bank of Clarke County’s newest chief lending officer. He replaces Dale Fritts, who retired in June.

Joe Zmitrovich has been named Bank of Clarke County’s newest chief lending officer. He replaces Dale Fritts, who retired in June.

Zmitrovich most recently served as senior vice president and market president of the Southern Pennsylvania region for Susquehanna Bank/BB&T. Prior to that he was senior lending manager for the State Employees Federal Credit Union of Maryland.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and master’s in business administration from Penn State University.

Rapid Rehab
Allison Bell, of Rapid Rehabilitation in Winchester, attended a healthy running clinic presented by the Natural Running Center and Dr. Mark Cucuzella, of Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Dr. Ed Shrank, of Rapid Rehabilitation, was guest speaker. In addition to learning about running and running mechanics, general health and nutrition for runners, she enhanced her skills in gait analysis and learned about new technologies for running and gait assessments at the clinic. Bell has also trained and implemented a multitude of new hip mobility and strengthening exercises.
