Charges brought in theft of pallets

FRONT ROYAL -- Authorities have arrested a Winchester man in connection with the theft of pallets from the Family Dollar Distribution Center on Fairground Road in Warren County.
Luis Antonio-Flores, 19, was charged with grand larceny and is free after posting $2,000 secured bond pending a Wednesday appearance in General District Court.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office received a complaint from Allied Pallet Co. in New Kent about the possible theft of pallets from the Family Dollar Distribution Center, according to a news release issued by Sheriff Daniel T. McEathron.
Working with Allied Pallet, Sheriff's Office investigator Chris Williams made a controlled purchase of 520 pallets from Antonio-Flores for $780, according to McEathron.
Antonio-Flores was arrested and charged with grand larceny. Anyone with information about this case or others is urged to call Williams at 635-7100.
