Ex-Ms. America to host seminar

FRONT ROYAL -- Former Ms. America Susan Jeske will speak out about the toxic dangers of cosmetic and personal care products as part of an event being hosted this weekend by the Wellness Health Network.

The seminar will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Holiday Inn & Suites at Blue Ridge Shadows Resort at 111 Hospitality Drive.

The event is free, but there will be limited seating and reservations are required, according to a news release. Donations for the local nonprofit group Faith in Action also will be accepted.

Jeske has spent more than 20 years in the beauty cosmetic industry, including a career with an international cosmetic company. She is also a professional image, beauty and makeup consultant, the news release states.
