STRASBURG -- A Front Royal man has been charged with sexual battery by the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office.
Michael St. Aubyn Adams, 46, of 50 Walker Ave., was arrested Aug. 14.
He is accused of inappropriately sexually touching a 21-year-old Strasburg woman, Maj. Scott Proctor said.
Adams is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Sept. 18.
