(4:10 p.m.) HARRISONBURG -- Former Page County Sheriff Daniel W. Presgraves is scheduled to enter a guilty plea in U.S. District Court Friday morning.
He's scheduled to appear at 10 a.m., according to online court documents. They don't say what he is pleading guilty to.
Presgraves, who is free on bond, was scheduled to go on trial on nearly two dozen counts on Sept. 16.
