WINCHESTER -- The Winchester-Frederick Metropolitan Planning Organization is sponsoring an open meeting to present the Draft City and Countywide Transit Services Plan.
The public is invited to attend the meeting at Our Health, 329 N. Cameron St., from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Study representatives will be available to provide information and to take comments.
