MT. JACKSON -- Several months after his 16-year-old brother was charged with assault and battery of a family member, possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol, a 14-year-old boy was charged in relation to the same incident.
The brothers were reported missing on May 30, Shenandoah County Sheriff's Capt. Tom Hodges said. When they were found later that night, they appeared to have been drinking, he said.
The 14-year-old was charged Aug. 25 with possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol, Hodges said. Both boys are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Thursday.
