WOODSTOCK -- Incumbent Republican Dennis Morris handily won re-election Tuesday night in the race for the District 5 seat on the Shenandoah County Board of Supervisors.
With all four precincts reporting, Morris was ahead of independent challenger Mark Prince 1,163 votes to 849, according to unofficial returns provided by the State Board of Elections.
