Frederick County man faces firearms charge

WINCHESTER -- A Round Hill man authorities say fired a gun at his son and threatened the son's girlfriend has been indicted by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the court, Donald Eugene Arnold, 60, of 172 Harpers Hollow Lane, was arrested after the incident June 29.

According to the complaint, Arnold pointed the .22-caliber pistol at his son -- who was sitting in a car in the driveway -- and fired two shots.

Arnold also chased his son's girlfriend around the car, the complaint states.

Authorities say alcohol was a factor in the incident. According to the complaint, Arnold's blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.

He is charged with discharging a firearm in an occupied building.

Also indicted Nov. 5 by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury:

* Jon Eric Cirksena, 37, of 541 N. Loudoun St., Winchester, on one count of shoplifting and two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses.

* Donald Elwood Conrad Jr., 40, of 712 Dicks Hollow Road, Winchester, on one count of psilocyn possession and one count of manufacturing marijuana.

* Paul Christopher Davis, 43, whose address was listed as the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, on one count of breaking and entering and one count of grand larceny.

* Chauncey Elizabeth Dschon, 21, whose address was listed as the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, on one count of heroin distribution and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin.

* Louis Burton Duckworth, 68, of 136 Dowell J Circle, Winchester, on one count of grand larceny.

* Eric Clark Fravel, 30, of 392 Rome Beauty Drive, Linden, on one count of heroin distribution and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin.

* Luis Miguel Gabrial-Sanchez, 22, of 113 Monmouth St., Winchester, on one count of cocaine possession.

* Tiara Chyvonne Gaither, 27, of 519 Annabel Ave., Brooklyn, Md., on two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and two counts of passing a bad check.

* Linda Lou Good, 50, of 524 Phoebe Lane, Luray, on one count of shoplifting.

* Nathan Daniel Hammons, 21, of 104 Everette Place, Winchester, on one count of abduction.

* Joshua David Kenny, 21, of 111 First Manassas Place, Stephens City, on one count of failure to appear in court.

* Alfred Cruz Kochel, 42, of 225 Whitlock Ave., Winchester, on one count of grand larceny.

* Cyran Kenya Liggins, 29, of 206 Josephine St., Winchester, on one count of assault and battery.

* Jordan Thomas Lillis, 19, of 506 Fox Drive, Winchester, on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

* Eddie McDowell Linaburg, 29, of 225-61 Indian Hollow Road, Winchester, on one count of assault and battery.
