The 32-year-old woman was sitting at a picnic table at 3100 block of Papermill Road when she said a silver Honda entered the yard and struck a Jeep Liberty after it left the roadway, the release says.
The Honda had three white male occupants and one white female occupant and bore the Virginia registration KLK 3127. The vehicle left the residence at Papermill Road before rescue personnel arrived and the woman was transported to Winchester Medical Center for minor injuries to the elbow.

I am at a loss...maybe I read it wrong or NVD reported it wrong or left something out.... If you have the tag number of the Honda, what more help do you need?
One more thing that confused me were the first 2 paragraphs of this story. It stated that a woman sitting at a picnic table sustained minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle in a hit and run. Then the story goes on to say that the Honda entered the yard and struck a Jeep Liberty, but says nothing about how the woman sitting at the picnic table was struck by this Honda.
????
Ok Tstar when the Honda left the roadway and entered into the yard it hit the jeep liberty and knocked into the woman sitting at the pic nic table. As far as the tags I believe that I heard they were stolen from another vehicle but there has been to much going on to really say or maybe the car had been stolen by these criminals.
