Recommend This StoryLibrary changes its Web address

WINCHESTER -- The Handley Regional Library system has changed its Web address to www.handleyregional.org.
Visitors to the previous address, www.hrl.lib.state.va.us, were presented with an error message Wednesday.
The change also affects e-mail sent to employees of the library system or e-mail addresses set up for specific library programs, according to a news release.
