WOODSTOCK -- A town man was arrested after he gave a 14-year-old boy a tattoo, according to the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office.
Capt. Tom Hodges said his agency was contacted Aug. 19 by a woman after finding out her child had a tattoo of a cross on his ankle.
Tobey Hunter McGee, 19, of 186 E. Reservoir Road, was charged Aug. 25 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. McGee has his own tattooing equipment, Hodges said.
He's scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Sept. 16.
