Libraries add to online book stockFRONT ROYAL -- Area libraries are joining together to increase the availability of e-books and audio books available for download online. In January, Samuels Public Library will partner with Handley Regional Library and Culpeper Public Library to provide Overdrive downloadable audio and e-books, according to a news release from Director Nicki Lynch. The downloadable books can be transferred to iPhones, Nooks, Kindles, and other electronic devices. Patrons of all three libraries will have access to each library's downloadable inventory, the release states. Samuels Public Library currently stocks books on tape, CDs and MP3 files.
