Warren officials begin relocationFRONT ROYAL -- The staff has begun moving into Warren County's new community center, officials said. County Administrator Douglas P. Stanley told the Board of Supervisors at their meeting last week that the Parks and Recreation Department is now occupying the 10,716-square-foot facility on Villa Avenue, and that officials expect most programs that will be offered there to start after the first of the new year. Officials had hoped to have the facility, which formerly housed the Samuels Public Library, ready for a grand opening in early October. However, there was a delay in providing electrical service to the building, which will primarily be used to house various programs offered by the Parks and Recreation Department and Warren County Public Schools.
