Hospital delivers first baby of year

FRONT ROYAL -- The first baby born in the new decade at Warren Memorial Hospital shares the name of his father.

Brandon William Wyatt Jr. was born at 4:39 a.m. Saturday morning, according to a hospital official. He weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 191⁄2 inches long.

Brandon Jr. was welcomed by his parents, Brandon Wyatt, 17, and Amanda Lewis, 18, both of Front Royal.
