Man indicted for sexual abuse

WINCHESTER -- A Frederick County man accused of sexually abusing a child has been indicted by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury.

Christopher Robert White, 50, of 376 Gough Road, Winchester, was indicted on four counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent exposure.

White previously had been indicted in January on one count each of indecent liberties and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Also indicted Feb. 10 by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury:

• Charles Lee Henry Jr., 44, of 104 Accomac Road, Front Royal, on one count each of methadone, methylphenidate and hydromorphone possession.

• Sally Ann Layne, 38, of 401 Headley Road, Middletown, on two counts of grand larceny.

• Craig Randall Kline, 38, of 120 Confederate Drive, Winchester, on one count of assault and battery.

• Stefanie Lynn Meganck, 38, of driving on a revoked license, a second or subsequent offense.

• Heidi Hogan Wilson, 54, of 160-A Headley Road, Middletown, on one count of petty larceny, a third or subsequent offense.

• Clayburne Edward Steverson, 30, of 510 S. Kent St., Winchester, on one count of grand larceny.

• Christopher William Heller, 47, of 2543 Martinsburg Pike, Stephenson, on one count each of breaking and entering, grand larceny and attempted grand larceny.

• Matthew Scott Allen, 23, of 801 Rebecca Lane, Winchester, on one count each of oxycodone and marijuana possession.

• Nathan Daniel Dolphin, 24, of 422 Pond Hill Road, Winchester, on 10 counts of petty larceny and 10 counts of destruction of property.

• Charles Stickley Emmons, 22, of 2366 Senseny Road, Winchester, on two counts of oxycodone distribution as an accommodation and one count each of distribution of marijuana to a minor, oxycodone possession and marijuana possession.

• Michael Spencer Leighty, 18, of 107 Hickory Lane, Winchester, on two counts of credit card theft; three counts of attempted credit card fraud; three counts of credit card fraud; two counts of attempted obtaining money under false pretenses; seven counts of obtaining money under false pretenses; nine counts of forgery; and nine counts of passing a forged check.

• Tony Ray Newlin, 46, of 164 Smith Drive, Winchester, on one count each of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny and grand larceny.

• James Enoch Sandridge, 48, of 2218 Woodburn Road, Charlottesville, on one count each of grand larceny and petty larceny and two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses.

• Paul Brian Tester, 55, of 216 Hunter Run Road, Winchester, on 53 counts of child pornography possession.

• William Anthony Utt, 28, of 315 Braeburn Drive, Winchester, on one count each of destruction of property and hit and run.

• Letisha Dawn Willis, 36, of 1598 Cool Spring Road, Charlottesville, on two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses and one count each of grand larceny, petty larceny and shoplifting.

• Mark Adam Syme, 19, of 1222 Haines Drive, Winchester, on five counts of assault and battery of a law enforcement officer and two counts of possession of a deadly weapon by a prisoner.

• Thomas Leroy Hill, 23, of 200 Meade Drive, Winchester, on four counts of breaking and entering, one count of petty larceny, two counts of grand larceny and four counts of destruction of property.

• Benjamin Joseph Heavner, 27, of 520 Elm St., Apt. 9, on one count of the aggravated sexual battery of a child.

• Leanna Erin-Elizabeth Slaughter, 19, of 20 Cedarmeade Drive, No. 30, Winchester, on one count of oxycodone possession.

• Michael Dwayne Sirbaugh Jr., 39, of 102 Westmoreland Drive, Stephens City, on one count of driving on a revoked license, a second or subsequent offense.

• Jason Todd Holland, 36, of 111 Timberlake Terrace, No. 3, Stephens City, on one count of heroin possession.

• Melissa Lynn Holland, 34, of 111 Timberlake Terrace, No. 3, Stephens City, on one count of heroin possession.

• Noel Adriana Mendez, 23, of 232 Ritter Road, Winchester, on one count of cocaine possession.
