*Loudoun woman to serve prison time in Clarke store robbery

BERRYVILLE -- A Loudoun County woman must serve prison time for robbing a Clarke County cigarette store owner in 2010 and purse-snatching weeks later.

Judge John Wetsel Jr. sentenced Heather Wilt-Rollins, of Middleburg, 29, to 10 years in a state penitentiary for robbery and theft.

Wetsel ordered the terms run concurrently and suspended six years and seven months of the sentence. Wilt-Rollins must serve five years of supervised probation and pay $354.22 in restitution to the Clarke County victim-witness coordinator.

Wilt-Rollins appeared with her attorney, Alex Levay, in Clarke County Circuit Court on Monday for sentencing.

A plea agreement reached between the commonwealth and Levay capped her active prison time at seven years and one month.
