WINCHESTER -- A massage parlor worker charged with prostitution was performing a sex act on a client when police arrived at the city spa Wednesday, authorities say in court papers.

A second worker charged with prostitution while working at the Pine Tree Spa admitted to police she had performed sex acts twice on separate clients, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday in Winchester General District Court.

Police on Wednesday evening arrested and charged Sun-Tok Wilson, 45, of New York, and Xiangshu Li, 43, of Flushing, N.Y., with prostitution, performing massages without a state Board of Nursing permit and operating with no business license. A judge in the court Thursday granted their release pending each posting $13,000 secured bonds.

Li admitted to a magistrate she was currently on probation "and has been found guilty of similar charges in the past," the document states.

"She had papers in her belongings stating charges of prostitution in [Washington,] D.C. under Xiang Shu Li and a deportation hearing in 2013," according to the magistrate.
