Recommend ThisFRONT ROYAL -- The Warren County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing next week on the final budget appropriation for a one-time pay supplement for school employees.
A public hearing on the budget amendment is scheduled for May 17 at 7 p.m. The amendment will increase the county's portion of the previously approved school budget by $921,058, bringing the total of state revenue to $23.4 million.
The school system plans to use the money to pay for a supplemental payment to all eligible employees.
