*Two charged with prostitution at city spa operation

WINCHESTER -- Authorities say at least two women performed sex acts with clients at a city business recently.

Officers on Wednesday charged two workers at the Pine Tree Spa, 440 W. Jubal Early Drive, No. 110, with prostitution, according to a press release issued Thursday afternoon by the Winchester Police Department.

Sun-Tok Wilson, 45, and Li Xiangshu, 43, of the New York area, remain held without bond at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, the release states.

Officers also charged each woman with having no business license and operation without a certificate from the Board of Nursing, according to the release.

Agencies arrived at the business at about 5 p.m., responding to recent complaints of possible sexual activity and unsanitary conditions inside the spa, the release states.
