*Woman found safe after tubing mishap on Shenandoah

FRONT ROYAL -- A woman who was swept downstream from the low-water bridge over the Shenandoah River on Morgan Ford Road Tuesday afternoon has been found safe.
Warren County fire and rescue officials began the search Tuesday afternoon after the woman disappeared while tubing.
She was found about a mile downstream from the low-water bridge and was reunited with her companions, according to Fire and Rescue Chief Richard Mabie.
He described the woman as a non-swimmer in her mid-40s.
