Scott Proctor of the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office said his agency changed its documented address for Smith after being told by the homeowner that the man did not reside at the Cliffside Drive address.
WOODSTOCK -- A Shenandoah County man was arrested on a drug charge May 28.
Chazz A. Smith, 22, address unknown, was charged with distribution of heroin, according to Shenandoah County Sheriff's Maj. Scott Proctor.
Smith was seen dealing drugs during a two-day investigation, Proctor said.
He is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on July 8.
