Motorcyclist killed in Edinburg crash

EDINBURG -- An Elkton man died in a motorcycle crash Friday afternoon on Stoney Creek Road.
David Richard Boykin, 28, was riding a 2011 Honda motorcycle near Readus Road when he came around a curve on the wrong side of the road, striking a 2003 Dodge Caravan, said Sgt. F.L. "Les" Tyler, a state police spokesman. Boykin died from his injuries at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital around 4 p.m.
The Dodge's driver, Rebecca Holliday, 36, of Edinburg, was not injured, and her car had minimal damage, Tyler said.
