Students face larceny charges

QUICKSBURG -- Two Stonewall Jackson High School students have been charged with stealing money belonging to other students, according to the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office.
School administrators notified the Sheriff's Office that two boys were suspected of taking money from students' personal items between Oct. 11 and 20, Maj. Scott Proctor said. He said $200-$300 was taken.
The boys, ages 15 and 16 and from Mt. Jackson, were each charged Nov. 22 with four counts of petty larceny. They are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Dec. 29.
