FRONT ROYAL -- A jail inmate who was wanted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office for failing to return under terms of his work release was arrested Tuesday evening by Richmond police.
Theodore James Shuck, 31, was arrested while riding as a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding in Richmond, Sheriff Daniel T. McEathron said in a news release. Under questioning by the arresting officer, Shuck said he was wanted in Warren County, McEathron said.
Shuck was arrested and is now back in the Warren County Jail, McEathron said. Shuck was serving time for construction fraud and drug distribution at the time of his escape.

Missing inmate found, arrested . . . at the time of his escape.
If he 'escaped' how could that be missing? Sheriff and his headline input again?
Escaped inmate found, arrested Much better.
Yeah you just had to start that one again didn't you.
