Firefighters from Woodstock and Toms Brook battle this mobile home fire at 1448 Swartz Road west of Woodstock on
Thursday evening. Owner Chad Ladd said his 1953 mobile home served as storage space for clothes and furniture and a home for several cats. No cats were in the home at the time of the blaze. The mobile home was located on Steve Racey’s property, according to Ladd. He speculated an electric heater was the cause of the blaze.
