WINCHESTER -- City officials on Monday unveiled a proposal for a new baseball stadium but said they won't build it without a minor league team on deck.
Officials would not comment on whether the city had courted any team to relocate to Winchester.
During a news conference, officials focused only on the proposal for a new stadium in Jim Barnett Park.
