FRONT ROYAL -- A Front Royal man was arrested on several drug offenses after a traffic stop around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to police.
Police said Vincent H. Diggs Jr., 20, of Cloud Street was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule III drug and possession of a schedule III drug with intent to distribute after admitting he had marijuana with him.
Police said they also seized some currency and electronic scales during their investigation. Diggs was later booked into the Warren County Jail, police said.
The arresting officer was identified as E. Rosemeck.
