Man treated after stabbing

FRONT ROYAL -- A stabbing incident early Saturday sent a 37-year-old man to Warren Memorial Hospital for treatment, police investigators said.
The victim, Chad E. Henry, 37, told police he was involved in an altercation with another passenger while riding in a vehicle at about 12:45 a.m. Henry later entered the hospital and spoke to investigators, according to a news release.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information may call Sgt. Jason Ryman at 635-2111.
