*Snow moves into Northern Shenandoah Valley

Most Northern Shenandoah Valley school districts plan to close because of the snow that began falling across the region Wednesday morning.
Schools in Shenandoah and Warren counties will dismiss students at 1 p.m.
Frederick County schools will dismiss high school students at noon, middle school pupils at 12:15 p.m. and elementary pupils at 1 p.m. Afternoon kindergarten has been cancelled.
All after-school activities in Frederick County also have been cancelled, according to district spokesman Steve Edwards.
The boys and girls basketball games between Liberty and Sherando high schools scheduled tonight at Sherando have been cancelled.
