WINCHESTER -- A West Virginia man received prison time Monday for proposing sex with a person he thought was an under age girl he met online a year ago.
Robert Wayne Fuss III, 27, pleaded guilty in Frederick County Circuit Court to computer solicitation and attempted indecent liberties with a 14-year-old girl.
A plea agreement called for Fuss to serve concurrent terms of three years and six months in prison for two solicitation counts.
Fuss received concurrent five-year terms for each of eight counts of attempted indecent liberties which the judge suspended and ordered to run consecutive to the sentences for solicitation.
