Joe Bowman, manager of Whitesel Brothers, Inc. of Edinburg, lifts Payton Allen, 4, of Edinburg from the cab of this John Deere tractor outside the Shenandoah County Library on Tuesday. Bowman was invited Tuesday as part of the program following their tractor themed stories, songs, and rhymes.
