Police: Taser used on man

WINCHESTER -- City police say three local men were arrested after involvement in a fight outside a bar early Sunday morning involving more than 100 people.
According to a police news release, numerous officers responded to T.C. Tooties at 2235 Valor Drive in Winchester around 1:22 a.m. Sunday.
Officers found "approximately 100 to 150 subjects involved in fighting or acting disorderly," according to the release.
Officers had to Taser one man "due to disorderly conduct."
John McCoig, 20, of Winchester was arrested on charges of underage posession of alcohol and drunk in public. Carlos Garcia, Jr., 27, of Winchester, was arrested on a drunk in public charge. Damien Caison, 18, of Front Royal, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, the release states.
All three men reported minor injuries, according to the release.
