I really don't think that is a racquetball wall, as stated. Maybe a handball wall but not a racquetball wall. To play racquetball you NEED 4 walls and I don't see 4 walls.
But you must admit - it is very interesting!
Looks like he is blasting the old paint off so it may be repainted. Sure beats a putty knife and a wire brush!
